Initial contact

You can contact me in several ways – by phone (I'll call you back if I'm unavailable), but even better... via email, WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram and we arrange an initial appointment.

Initial consultation

Right for the I will set aside 60 minutes for the first appointment. This gives you time to agree on treatment goals, take your medical history (collecting your most important life events related to the problem), and, based on this, jointly decide which treatment is appropriate and feasible in your case. A preliminary treatment plan will then be created.
It may also be possible to have a short treatment at this appointment to achieve a short-term improvement in the level of suffering.
Should you realize during this initial consultation that it is "not a good fit" for you, or should I realize that I cannot adequately help with the problem, the conversation will be terminated after 15 minutes and no charge will be incurred.

Treatment

Sessions will now be scheduled, individually tailored to your treatment plan, to efficiently address your difficulties. These could include, for example, weekly sessions, an intensive therapy week with 5 sessions, or a combination of both.
It is important to me that the treatment achieves the fastest possible long-term success.

Online therapy

Between coaching and therapy sessions, you can contact me Contact us free of charge if you have any current problems. which you are currently having difficulty with (fair use ;-)) and I will provide immediate assistance via Messenger (voice message or written help) - or call you back as soon as possible.

confidentiality

Everything you entrust to me during treatment is of course subject to confidentiality (Psychologists Act § 37).

Price

60 minutes of psychological Therapy or life coaching  on-line or in Vienna, San Francisco (CA)* and Herndon (VA)* €260,- or US$300,-

*Note: In the USA, no clinical psychological therapy is offered, but only life, business, high-performance coaching, supervision, and individualized training courses are offered and billed through the company Mindsprings LLC (www.mindsprings.ai).

Payment is made by invoice and deposit to the specified account.
If it is foreseeable that the treatment will require several sessions, I will send the invoice with my payment details after an agreed number of sessions.

Billing through the Austrian state health insurance (GKK, SVA, BVA etc.) is partially possible, meaning with medical referral For psychological treatment (not psychotherapy!), between €40 and €90 per session will be reimbursed.

After 10 sessions, a special application must be submitted. However, often not that many sessions are needed to achieve the desired result. Supplemental insurance plans cover the majority of the treatment costs, depending on the specific policy.

In the Life/business coaching is billed in the USA. It cannot be billed to health insurance companies, however it is possible to deduct the invoice from your taxes.

Prices for supervision and business coaching

45 minutes of supervision: €310,- or US-$350

90 minutes of business coaching: €610,- or US-$700-

Currently exempt from VAT due to the small business regulation according to §6(1)27 UStG
