Panic attacks, fears

In practice, the IMTT method has proven to be extremely effective in the treatment of fears. In just 1-2 sessions, it is often possible to permanently reduce about 70% of fear. To heal the remaining 30 %, it can take a little longer. A body -related imagination exercise is used in order to release the feelings of fear from the body.

A often helpful combination results from the use of EMDR. Together we are looking for the first event that triggered this fear. In most cases, scary, threatening, threatening events are behind an anxiety disorder. These events can be 'processed' subsequently using EMDR, which changes and neutralized the feeling of situations that were scary before the treatment. I treated similarly to forced diseases.
