Burnout or depression?

It is not possible for those affected to change their physical and emotional condition in order to feel better again.
Since depressive diseases are not only mental illness, but also contain biological processes, they are usually associated with additional physical symptoms, such as headaches, breathing difficulties, heart problems, dizziness, etc.

In depression and burnout, it is important to find out what the causes are. In depression, these are often helpless experiences, perhaps even at a very young age, with burnout it is more of a "inner voices" that drive you more than do your own body.
