First contact

You can contact me in various ways - by phone (I'll call back if I'm not available), but even better via email, Whatsapp, Signal or Telegram and we will arrange a first appointment.

Initial consultation

Same for him I take 60 minutes for the first appointment Time for you to agree on treatment goals, take an anamnesis (recording your most important life events that are related to the problem) and, based on this, decide together which treatment makes sense and can be implemented in your case. Based on this, a preliminary treatment plan is drawn up.
A short treatment may also be possible at this appointment in order to achieve a short-term improvement in the level of suffering.
If you notice during this initial consultation that it is “not a good fit” for you or I notice that I cannot provide sufficient help with the problem, the conversation will be terminated after 15 minutes and nothing will be charged.

Treatment

Sessions will now be arranged, individually tailored to your treatment plan, in which the difficulties will be worked on efficiently. This can be, for example, weekly sessions, an intensive therapy week with 5 sessions or a combination.
It is important to me that the treatment achieves the fastest, long-term results possible.

Online therapy

Between coaching and therapy sessions you can contact me contact us free of charge if there are current problems, that you are not getting along well with at the moment (fair use ;-)) and I will provide immediate help via messenger (voice message or written assistance) - or call you back as soon as I can.

Confidentiality

Everything you entrust to me during the course of the treatment is of course subject to confidentiality (Psychologist Act § 37).

Price

60 minutes psychological Therapie oder Life-Coaching on-line oder in Wien, San Francisco (CA) und Herndon (VA) € 260,- bzw US-$ 300,-

Billing takes place via invoice and payment into the specified account.
If it is foreseeable that the treatment will require several units, I will issue the invoice with my transfer details after an agreed number of sessions.

Billing with the state health insurance company in Austria (GKK, SVA, BVA etc.) is partly possible, that means with medical referral For psychological treatment (not PSychotherapy!) between € 40 and € 90 will be reimbursed for each session.

After 10 units, a special application must be submitted. However, it often doesn't take that many units to achieve the goal. Depending on the tariff, supplementary insurance pays for the majority of the treatment.

In the In the USA, life/business coaching is charged. It cannot be billed to health insurance companies, but it is possible to deduct the bill from tax.
